1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website operated by Down Under Far East Limited ("the company", "we", "us") at downunderfareast.com (together with its subdomains, "the site"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms do not cover the consumer brands published by the company on separate websites — including PassportMates at passportmates.club. Each brand site has its own terms of use and privacy policy applicable to that site.

Down Under Far East Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under Companies Registry number 80329068-000-05-26-1, with its registered office at Unit B, 11/F Yam Tze Commercial Building, 23 Thomson Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The company carries on publishing and information-services activities, including the operation of consumer brands such as PassportMates, a brand of Down Under Far East Limited covering cross-cultural lifestyle, relationship, and migration topics for international audiences.

The corporate site is informational only. It describes the company's business, brands, registered details, and provides a contact channel. Editorial and educational content published under the company's consumer brands appears on those brands' own websites, governed by separate terms.
